Lakshman Sagar
Rajasthan
. India .
Located in the remote badlands of India,
Lakshman Sagar is a beautiful structure dating back to the late 19th Century.
This historic 200-year-old hunting lodge mansion spreads over 32 acres along an artificial lake and inherits its name from Thakur of Raipur - Lakshman Singh Ji.

Zanana and Mardana
It’s divided into two main buildings - The Zanana quarters and Mardana quarters, designed historically for ladies and men respectively.
The property has12 cottages, meticulously planned and conceptualized by a sustainable team - architects, Vasant & Revathi Kamat and designers Sahil & Sarthak.

Influenced by the indigenous Rajasthani architecture, the cottages have been re-interpreted in a zero kilometer concept using local materials like wood, stone and mud.

The Art of Savouring
The calm and serene valley is an ideal spot to sit back and relax and the topography of the surroundings invite for long and silent walks. Life here revolves around the lake which is lined with fauna of all sizes and bright colours. The property counts more than 200 wild peacocks; it’s indeed a paradise for bird-watchers. Fishing, kayaking, horse riding are just a few calls from the resort activities list. The extremely qualified staff will make sure your entire experience is customized according to your interests.
Time to gaze the stars from the top of the Mardana tower - it’s sheer bliss!
